The operational framework governing our unhurried photography sessions, image copyright agreements, and studio scheduling policies.
Session Terms
All photography sessions require a non-refundable retainer to secure studio availability. We prioritize unhurried sessions to deliver gallery-standard results, meaning late arrivals may forfeit their scheduled time.
Image Licensing
Lensloom Studio retains full copyright ownership of all raw and edited assets. Clients receive specific reproduction and usage licenses tailored to either personal display or commercial brand campaigns.
Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted at least seven days prior to the session. Due to fluctuating weather across the Wyoming landscape, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at the studio's discretion.
